Happy Wheels is a popular ragdoll physics-based obstacle course game where you steer weird creatures through a long sequence of perilous traps to get to the end. But on tracks with spikes, saw blades and dangerous traps, every acceleration means unforeseen scenarios, so the voyage is frightening and entertaining.
Happy Wheels can be frustrating, but it's also incredibly addictive. It's a side-scrolling platform game with extremely heavy ragdoll physics. Basically, you control a character (mostly in unsafe vehicles) navigating obstacles.
The goal is simple: Get from point A to point B. But between you and your destination lies a forest of spikes, chainsaws, mines, car crashes, and freefalls from high places.
Wheelchair Guy: Legendary. This is the representative character. A poor old man sitting on a rocket-powered machine. The Space key activates a boost, taking you from 0 to 100 in the blink of an eye... and flying straight into a wall.
Segway Guy: The safe choice (if the game even has a concept of safety). He can jump and maintain good balance. Ideal for beginners who don't want to "let off steam" immediately.
Irresponsible Dad: The family bike. Interestingly, the child sitting behind is usually the first victim. The ride feels heavy and harder to control, but the guilt (and humor) of the kid flying away is undeniable.
Effective Shopper: A sick woman sitting on a massage electric scooter. Slow, stable, and very prone to flipping over if taking a sharp turn.
Later, the game added Pogo Man, Santa Claus, and even Helicopter Man... bringing the chaos to a head.
